4K/s). If there are interrupts, use the "pause" button 
or shortly hold the slide.
To download as MP3 (variable bitrate, very good quality) click on the "time" (right button of the mouse: download link and play it with quicktime player version 4). To download a file takes about three times as long as listening to it (56K/Sec).
